I'm doing well.

I was just telling you, you've got some wildfire smoke, which is a little bit concerning

and on my mind that we literally cannot get away from smoke if it, you know, can go anywhere

on the world.

But otherwise, I'm feeling good.

And yeah.

Great.

It's funny that you mentioned this smoke and everything.

I told you I was on a run this morning in a house burn down in my counter to give me

kind of a gratitude gut check.

But I'm always shocked with the wildfire smoke when we have like air quality issues here

and then you're like, hey, where's this fire?

And it's like it's in Canada.

And you're like, that is thousands of miles away.

It is shocking how much of the world, like it covers like these.

And especially when you hear that fires were started by like someone stupid throwing like

a firework into the gorge and stuff like that, just it's just infuriating, isn't it?
