And maybe the better news is they've got about a month to figure it all out.

This wild roller coaster of a team did it again in Denver,

jumping out to a 27-0

lead looking absolutely unbeatable and invincible before disaster.

Three touchdowns in a little over three minutes, and all of a sudden the Chiefs were

in a dogfight.

They provided some of the most memorable highlights of the season.

Three huge plays, any on their own, could be the most memorable play of the year.

First, the flip touchdown pass to Jerich McKinnon.

Unbelievable from Patrick Mahomes.

Second, Willie Gay's unbelievably athletic pick six of Russell Wilson.

And finally, the hit late in the game that knocked Russell Wilson out of the game because it knocked him unconscious and wobbling with a lump on his head.

It was a wild day of amazing highlights highlighted by negative plays all over the place.

Patrick Holmes, three interceptions, none of them very good.

He would say after the game, he made three

terrible decisions, but his teammates bailed him out. Yes, Mahomes threw for 352. He had three

touchdowns. He's 10 and 0 against the Denver Broncos. What more could you want? But the warning

signs are everywhere with this football team, that they are not currently good enough or consistent
