lesson on allergies and so what I wanted to do is put together a couple sentences

that are going to be useful for you if you're traveling to a Spanish-speaking

country where you need to know about allergies and what might affect you as far as food allergies

go.

So the first expression I'm going to give you is I have allergies and the way you say that is

I have Eotengo allergies.

Yotengo is the Spanish word for I have.

It comes from the verb tenere which means two have so we manipulate it.
