With so many talented people losing their jobs this past year, it's hard not to think about the song, the music and the mirror, from the musical A Chorus Line, where Cassie begs to be given a chance to work.

The pioneering musical was created in New York City in the early 70s during an economic downturn

when a lot of actors and dancers were out of work.

When the performers showed up, many of them didn't know that it would be a

workshop where they'd be asked to bear their souls and turn their personal stories into what

would become a chorus line. Today, actor, singer, dancer, model, John Marshall Jr. joins us to take

a look at the songs from a chorus line.

Through his own experience in being in the legendary show and his career as a musical theater

performer.
