Attention all campers! Pack your bags. We’re headed to the wilds of Camp Wannakiki– the new reality series where eight drag queens compete for the title of “Queen of Camp” at an actual summer camp, deep in the woods of Northern Illinois.

The series is created by Ashley and Brandon Wright, the out gay identical twins behind the food and entertainment restaurant franchise Hamburger Mary’s. As their drag alter she-gos Apple Brown Betty and Cherry Pi Sugarbaker, along with the help of their gal pal, Aunt Ruthie, they put the contestants through a series of adventures that would make the Girl Scouts blush.
Today Ashley and Brandon Wright share their story on how they went from burger brothers to campy sisters with their new reality series Camp Wannakiki.
