Or lay down on the floor with your spine straight, arms and legs

Again, take a deep breath in, fill your lungs. And breathe out.

Become aware of the sound around you. What can you hear?

Let the sounds come to you and be open to the sounds with a sense of curiosity. Just noticing though, though, not judging them, just accept them.
