See I think a lot of people have these baby businesses where they build the business

and really it's not it's not even a business. It's a job.

It is a job and it never really gets out of some of these phases and I think that's one of the keys is that we here at Thrive Nation try to help you get through all these phases to where you finally have a healthy

you know adult business it's like you're a you're into plumbing you know so you start a

plumbing business it's called clays plumbing and then therefore you do the plumbing right it's

clays plumbing but that's not a business that's a job that's a job and every day you get up and

you have a few calls to make and you get a few calls in and you just go around the town plumbing.

A job is just over broke.

It's where like if you don't come to work you don't get paid.

That's true.

So what you want to do is you want to build systems.

Now the thing about building systems is that requires time because now you have to take the income that you could be making yourself and to take a little sliver of that and to begin to invest it back into building systems and hiring people.

So see, when you have two employees, you'll probably make only the amount of income that you could make

yourself, and it was just you.
