Hello there I'm Chuck Todd and this is the Chuck Todd cast so the race for the

Republican nomination continue to grow this week. We had former New Jersey

Governor Chris Christie kicking off his

campaign in New Hampshire Tuesday. Former Vice President Mike Pence

releases video the same day and then kicked off his campaign in Iowa the next day and

one more joined the race Wednesday Dakota Governor Doug Bergam making

his first case to voters in an op-ed published in the Wall Street Journal.

But the real question at hand is this, do any of them or anyone in this field thus far have a winning strategy to defeat

the current front runner former President Donald Trump. So today I'm joined by

former Wisconsin governor and 2016 Republican presidential candidate Scott

Walker. Governor Walker was, like Ron DeSantis,

considered the rising star of the GOP

when he launched his presidential bid in 2015.

He'd been elected and reelected and even survived a recall.

He won three times in four years, in a way that others had never done before.

He rose to national prominence taking on public sector unions in his home state.

But that recognition that catapulted him to his early front-runner status faded and he ended up

getting out of this race before the Iowa Caucasus. And in a new Wall Street General

O'Bette, Walker has some advice for Republican Hopefuls. They do well to remember the lessons I learned the hard way,

even though I had a record of bold action,

voters craved more.
