And there's only one Philly sports team still active. I guess the union started up. I don't know anything about the union. The Sixers just got eliminated, and I'm here with my number one Philadelphia 70s

expert, Steph Driver, talk in depth about the Sixers huge upset.

No, I don't, I only want to mention this briefly, Steph, but I, I just had to mention it

because it was a big deal because everybody

had Sixers fever. Everybody was like, all right, we had a team that's actually going to compete

because, as we all know from listening to these podcasts and enduring them for the past forever,

the flyers have not been contenders in a good long time. Wait, is that true? You know, I'll have to check with my sources.

Okay.

I've got great deep sources on the matter.

They already got back to me, and they said, no, it's been, it's been a while since the

flyers have been contenders.

It has, in fact, been a while.

It's been at least a decade, and it's, it's terrible.

But everybody got excited about the Sixers, and then the Sixers lost to a goddamn

number five seed.

And, look, I, I kind of, like, I haven't missed the social media presence. Like, I've been on Twitter here and there

since the Flyer season ended, but not really that much. And I was enjoying going on for the Sixers,

and then they lost. And I'm like, well, this is terrible. Everybody was justifiably furious.

And I just love that, like, the I're, by love, I mean, like, you know, I don't

love this, but I understand it. The ire is all going to Ben Simmons right now, and I think I saw

a tweet from you a couple weeks ago saying, like, is Ben Simmons the Flyers Nolan Patrick,

which I was amused by? And I had to think about that. Like, is, what, is there a comparable fire for Ben Simmons to, to be compared to, really?
