Yes, so as always, we're going to start off with some breaking news.

And unfortunately, we'll include the type that I need to sit down for.

And then we're going to discuss some highlights from the course first ever livestreamed oral arguments.

Then we're going to talk some opinions and we'll conclude with some court culture.

So one of the big pieces of news that came out this week was that Justice Briefbader Ginsburg was briefly hospitalized.

So on Tuesday, May 5th, Kathleen Arbor, who heads up the Public Information Office for the court issued a statement explaining that the justice had undergone non-surgical treatment for an infection that was caused by a gallstone.

And she was expected to be hospitalized for two days at Johns Hopkins.
