Mark writes, do you worry about the young players leaving who aren't getting playing time?

And he lists a bunch, you know, Chrome and Hoag, more, Bates, Lester, a bunch of those guys.

I think the answer has to be maybe not a worry, but certainly a bit of a, it's, it's

on my mind, right? It is something that I think you have to consider when you are evaluating what this off season will be like, what this team will be like, and yet it's weird because they haven't been in like so many blowout games that you're like,

hey, you've got to start playing these young guys more in terms of if you're trying to win the ball game,

which we know the staff is still trying to win ball games.

You sort of have not exact matching

incentives here, if you will, right? For the staff the incentive is to continue to win ball

games because they don't want to get fired and they want to keep having their petition groups look good.

There's also all the cultural stuff. We've talked about that in prior episodes.

Whereas for maybe the overall health of the program,

maybe you do want to play the young guys a little bit more.

So like, the health of the program

and the goals of the program are not always perfectly aligned incentive-wise

with the goals of a staff, nor would I really expect them to be at any school except when things
