All right, joining me now to talk about a really major lawsuit, and I'm excited about it.

And I don't usually get excited about lawsuits.

Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't but this one I am excited about because it's going after the Biden administration

for their sneaky little tricks and tactics a cover-up and this is something it needs to be exposed.

And here to talk about it with me is the man behind the lawsuit, Daniel Turner, founder and

Yeah, so this is a big deal.

I mean, eight months of litigation with the U.S. Department of State, you now are suing the Department of Justice over a cover-up

of the secretive office of the Special Presidential Envoy for Climate, better known as John Horseface Carey.

Exactly.

This is an escalation of the lawsuit on our part.

This has been going on for eight months, nine months because you know under the

Freedom of Information Act the American people have a right to know how their tax dollars are being spent,

what these government agencies do, what these bureaucracies do.

John Kerry is not some clandestine military secret right? He's a he's a government bureaucrat. So we've wanted to know what is his staff who were their names

what are their what is their budget what does he do all day who's he meeting with you are

allowed to know that under the freedom Information Act and we've been told

for nine months no we filed suit back in January and they've dragged their heels on this lawsuit.
