And so to everyone everywhere, happy autumn from the UK, the trees and hedges are all gradually

changing colour here, from the many shades of greens of the summer months, to the oranges,

reds and golds of this new season.

Sunny loves dashing around in the fallen leaves and scattering them this way and that,

she's pretty much the same colour as them.

Can you picture a leaf?

Maybe a maple leaf like that on the Canadian flag, or a crispy little copper beach leaf?

Put it in your mind, because tonight we're going to use our imaginations a lot and we're

going to join your autumn leaf as it twists and turns and floats on the breeze, through

town, across fields and over a babbling brook.

As you follow it and listen to his journey, you'll get more and more relaxed and sleepy.
