We can go real estate flipper and entrepreneur. We've got stock trader. We've got luxury car flipper. We've got, what else am I missing? Plain flipper now. I mean, let's keep it going. We got the man, Ricky Gutierrez. I appreciate it. Thank you guys for having me. So I'm really excited to answer a couple of questions that your audience

brings to us and see what value we can provide. Absolutely. Absolutely. So, Ricky, first off,

how old are you? I just turned 27. 27 years old. You're doing stocks. So let's get into this, right?

So this is day trading. This is, this is. Day trading and swing trading. So I mainly focus on blue chip stocks. So like right now, tech stocks are down. So we're just talking about it earlier. One of my favorite things to focus on is consistency. I think, you know, there's so many avenues just like real estate with the stock market in which you can try to pursue to make

money. We have a lot of beginners that watch our videos, and I just want to make sure that we

build a strong foundation first in which then they can build off of. So my focus right now is

tech stocks with the talk of interest rates. Tech stocks always plummet. Right now, Amazon, Facebook,

Tesla, everything's down. That is my favorite time to buy. I load up when everyone else is selling. And then simply when the market recovers, that's when we begin to lock in profits. I do choose to, or tend to trade with a little bit more money than, you know, someone that's just getting started. But it's the same concept, right? So it's like the proof of concept, and then once you have a good working system, just like anything, you scale. Is that your 80, 20, is that 80% of your day, your efforts, your attention is watching this, or you just, you wake up, you get going, you make your decisions? The way is that my morning start Monday through Friday is I trade live every morning. So I have a group and every single morning at market open, I'm with them for about 30 minutes to an hour. After that, for the past two weeks, market's been selling off. So there's been no reason to focus on day trading one direction is not in my favor. And there's no focus or no reason to really aggressively buy the dip when the market's still
