We use, and Jana, you're the one who actually introduced me to this platform. It's called

Riverside. And it's fantastic. I've had very little drama with it. But there has been two times now,

the second time today, where we're sitting down to record and just things are not working.

We couldn't hear each other. So we're just going to hope that this goes through. But I am,

I'm so happy you're here. This has been a long time coming for you, me, well, at least for the

past couple months because we had you scheduled

for, what was it, right? I think like March 1st. Yes. Yeah. About a month. And yeah. And both of us

were feeling, one, that's about the time that I got sick. And then you were going through, what would you call that? A spell?

A spell for sure. A prolonged spell that I have been trying to get out of and then I would

find myself in the spell again. So yeah, absolutely.

Okay.

Yeah, and the topic of our conversation, we knew this from day one was we wanted to come on and talk about mental health and your specific personal experience with it.
