Bucket talk is about to begin.

Welcome back to Buckeye Talk.

I am Stephen Krasnick, and that is Andrew Gillis, and we're going to fix college football. Together, as one Buckeye Talk family, we are going to fix college football

because it is broken. By all means, it makes no sense. Things just sort of happen. And there's

so much that has happened in the last month and a half that it felt like,

you know what, we need to fix the sport.

And this idea, I was thinking about doing something like this anywhere at this point,

but in the midst of all the craziness happened, Andrew Gillis texted our group chat and

went, hey, Stephen, I have a really good idea.

And he's like, hey, we should like map things out. And I'm like, good for you, Gillis. We're going to fix the sport together as one band, one sound. I told them, earlier this week, I sent them a structure, because I think it just essentially boils down to three different buckets. There's the regular season, there's the postseason, and then there is

the off season. Right. I think that's essentially what any sport is. Those three buckets,

and obviously there's a bunch of little hats within those buckets, but those are the three

buckets. I had each of them act as if they are the king of college football. They are the

czar. They are the commissioner. What they say goes, fix the sport.

And now we're going to take all of our ideas and bring them together under one house

and have a big old fat argument about who has the best ideas and how we should best move

forward.

And by the end of this, we are going to have the future of college football in the palm of our hands. They also laughed at me and said, oh, we've been doing two-hour pods. I don't know why you're acting. Well, guess what? You just signed up for a two-hour pond. I don't actually know that, but we'll see. Let's see. Because I do think there are some areas where you might be a little more passionate about things in other places.

And so I think it's going to be fun.
