And five associates of Hillary Clinton and her presidential campaign are now invoking their fifth amendment rights

and refusing to cooperate with a special counsel John Durham according to this filing and federal court that was revealed late on Friday and Washington DC.

Now this revelation emerged in a motion filed by Durham to oppose the efforts of defendant Michael Sussman and the Clinton campaign to withhold some documents from evidence by asserting attorney client privilege.

Now Sussman I want to remind you has been charged with lying to the FBI in 2016 when he informed the FBI about a fraudulent link between then candidate president Donald Trump or then candidate Donald Trump and the Russian government via alpha bank.

Now Sussman allegedly presented himself as a quote concern citizen and hid the fact that he was working for the Clinton campaign to the FBI.

Now this isn't all that we're finding out about this story now the DOJ is now reporting that the special counsel has said the CIA data that actually came from the former Clinton lawyer claiming.

That Donald Trump and the Trump industries right empire had a Russian connection was quote and this is how the CIA actually labeled it is not technically plausible the CIA also went on to say that it's very clear in their assessment that the information given to the FBI was quote user created.

So take a step back and think about what I just told you and why is the media not covering this the CIA's initial response to the Clinton lawyer giving information to the FBI claiming that Donald Trump was had this Russian collusion this Russian bank connection that he was compromised and that they were trying to influence our election when the CIA ran an analysis of the information given to the DOJ given to the FBI by the Clinton lawyer.

The Clinton campaign the CIA the deep state the same deep state that has come out trying to overthrow the government overthrow the will of the people the same CIA that went after Donald Trump they knew in their assessment that the information they received at the very beginning that started all of the impeachment all of Russian collusion all of this hoax was quote not technically plausible and was user created.

The person that brought to us the one that created it and they allowed the CIA allowed the president to be impeached not once but twice over this they allowed this lie to stand as fact while they were impeaching the president of the United States of America.

The Justice Department special counsel's office has said that CIA data alleging a relationship between Donald Trump and Russia is not technically plausible.

Special counsel Durham asserted that the alleged relationship in his court filing with former president Trump and Russia which Clinton's lawyer Michael Sussman concluded was user created.

Sussman is not only accused of lying to the FBI in September of 2016 saying he didn't work for the Clintons when he presented the purported data and quote white papers that allegedly demonstrated a covert communication channel between former president Trump and Kremlin tied alpha bank.

Durham also alleged Sussman gave the CIA information about Trump in February of 2017 he said the agency immediately conclude the information wasn't true.

The court document reads this way while the FBI did not reach an ultimate conclusion regarding the data accuracy or whether it might have been in whole or in part genuine spoofed altered or fabricated.
