I don't know about you, but I've been feeling the fatigue set in for months of stress, change, and uncertainty.

And not only that, but we've lost... change and uncertainty.

And not only that, but we've lost some of the outlets that we'd normally run to for relaxation

and relationship and entertainment.

And so today on the First of Team Podcast podcast I thought that Josh and I would have a fun conversation with Jason Romano, a longtime producer at ESPN, and the author of books like Lives to Forgive and the uniform of books, Like Lives to Forgive, and the uniform of leadership lessons on true success for my ESPM life.

This was such a fun and meaningful conversation for me personally.

So I'm excited to share with you this special conversation

episode of the First 15 podcast today. It's been a little

while coming when I was on your podcast. I've been anxiously awaiting the time to get to have you on ours and get to hear a little bit of your story and what you do with Sports Spectrum and a lot of other spaces with your books. And so, thanks for making this space in the midst of all the

business to be with us absolutely Craig thanks for having me and yeah we get to

reverse the roles here I'll be interviewed like you were a little while ago on the

show so yeah thank you so much this is an honor to be on your show.

That's so great, Jason. Well, it's obviously been an incredibly challenging time over the last few months to say the least. We've all been wrestling with and talking about the challenges of the

pandemic and then there's this awakening to major issues around racism and

violence what an unbelievably tough season this layered crisis that we're living in.

And so I'm excited today to dive into some of those pieces,

if that's where the conversation goes,

but also to talk about something maybe a little bit more light-hearted with you and reminding ourselves that there's something it's important to take time to rest and have fun, even

talk about sports, which is a personal passion of mind.
