So we do this thing sometimes on this show where we pretend we have an answering machine.

And it's very funny because answering machines barely exist anymore.

I mean, I still get like a couple voicemails on my phone a month, but hardly ever.

And now you can just read them in text. Anyway, we like hearing

your voices. So we're going to keep pretending that we have an old school voicemail message

system, and you are going to keep calling and leaving us your wonderful messages.

Hi, my name is Amy Polly. I live in Massachusetts and one of my best significant other travel stories was when I went back to France with my now husband to meet his parents for the first time.

I was just the girlfriend then and it was quite a bit. Him meeting my parents was a lunch.

My meeting his meant I had to live with them for two weeks, basically.

The most memorable moments on the trip involved going through customs when we got to Europe

and when the customs agent asked me, what was the purpose of my trip?

I know she meant business or pleasure but in a

state of panic I just said I'm meeting my boyfriend's parents for the first time

and this woman very stern very severe looks over her glasses at me and goes you

nervous and I nodded and she just smiled and went it'll be fine stamp my passport

and slid it back to me also on that that trip, I not only met his parents, but his entire extended family,

which was something like 80 people.

His mom walked in on me naked because she had a bad habit of knocking and then
