It is another legal hurdle for former President Trump.

Prosecutors are calling attention to a post Trump put out on social media,

just one day after he pleaded not guilty to charges that accuse him of trying to overturn

the results of the 2020 election. And the post says, quote,

If you go after me, I'm coming after you.

And that caught the Justice Department's eye, especially since at last week's court hearing,

the judge specifically reminded Trump that he could not intimidate witnesses, lawyers,

or anyone else involved with the case. So now the DOJ wants the judge to issue a protective order,

to officially limit what information Trump and his legal team can put out there.

In response, Trump says prosecutors are just trying to silence him,

and that the post they highlighted is protected political speech.
