We're going to do a little something different on this one.

This is going to be a little bit of a teaser for a longer podcast. So today we have a little bit of

taste, if you will, of Troy Aikman, of course, the lead analyst for ESPN, ABC's Monday Night Football.

He has the Jets 49ers coming up on Monday, September 9th. And we did about 35 minutes with Troy, and you'll get that in full on Monday.

But this is a little bit of a sneak peek. And one of the things that came up, and this is sort of a

fun one, was Troy Aikman's take on Taylor Swift and sort of the cross-cultural pop culture phenomenon that hit the NFL last year with obviously her involvement with her partner, Travis Kelsey,

and just sort of what that meant in terms of popularity for the NFL.

And obviously you saw some viewership spike.

So Troy had a little bit of fun with that. I asked him,

you know, would you be amenable to Taylor coming in and if she was willing to be in the Monday

night football booth for, you know, a quarter or so. And he very smartly answered,

absolutely. Bring her in. So you get a little taste to Troy Aikman for a couple minutes and then check out the full podcast on Monday.

Well, I loved it, quite honestly.

I mean, I loved it.

I think that the fact that a generation of people got exposed to the NFL that in all likelihood

wouldn't have otherwise, I think is really positive.

I think I think it's fair to say the NFL liked it.
