What are we doing?

Cousin Sal here is our debut podcast along with my good pal, my old time chum, Dave Damashak. That's you, right, Dave? That's me, but I don't know if you heard the news, Sal. Sports have been canceled for this year. What are we doing indeed? Oh, no. I have a lot of checks to cancel then as well. Wow. How did this happen? This only took 20 years for us. We've been friends for a long,

long time. I know. It's true. Yeah, when I, when I moved out here, not long after I moved out

here at the turn of the millennium, I was lucky enough to cross paths with you, Sal, of course.

And not long after that, we did our own little, I guess it was like a trial run for this 20 years ago because we shared an office at the man show.

And we had our own little talk show called PM Las Palmas because that's the street that the man show was on.

So, yeah, I mean, we have to shake off a little bit of rust, I guess.

But otherwise, over the moon to get going. Yeah, this is a lot of fun. Maybe a lot of rust. But who's going to help us later on shake this rust off? The old host of The Man Show, Doug Stanhope. No, Jimmy Kimmel is going to be joining us. That's going to be fun, right? I mean, we're already a hit, Dave, right? We're number eight. I don't know how this really happens, but we're number eight on the Apple charts for podcasts for sports episode. We haven't even posted an episode yet, and we're number eight. We're ahead of Colin Coward, and I love Colin dearly. He works on my network on Fox Sports, but sorry, Colin.

I think it's time to hang it up.

If you can't even beat us a podcast that didn't even post an episode, it's over for you.

I don't like it.

You know, my whole life has been built upon the idea of very low expectations.

Right.

And then just ever so slightly exceeding those, thereby kind of sort of impressing people.

So, you know, this isn't a great starting position for me.

I know.
