Hi everybody, welcome to FireSide Chat number 231.

I usually have a comment at that point. I can't believe it 231, but I won't make any comments this time.

I can only say what I say often, it's worth watching the other 230,

because there's a lot of good stuff at these FireSide chats. For those of you new,

this is my opportunity to just talk to you, heart to heart, mind to mind.

It's all spontaneous, nothing's been written out. There's no teleprompter.

Otto has not been told to stay in his bed, the hope is he will, but as we're starting a little late,

and he knows his contract calls only for a half hour, he may in fact leave in the middle.

And that has happened on occasion, his brother Snoopy shows up,

and I really know loyal watchers or listeners, no really watchers, to the FireSide chat,

when I'm told at an airport, hey say hi to Snoopy. Otto, I expect, but Snoopy means you're a very

serious watcher of these videos, because he doesn't make often appearances. So with that preamble,
