The International Association of Fire Fighters has placed the United Firefighters of LA under a conservatorship. There was reportedly a second reservoir in Pacific Palisades that dried up as well. Congress is revoking a mandate given to CA by the EPA that was going to CA to have their own environmental policies regarding smog.
