was how much of it is going to be rehashed material.

A little bit nervous about that, but it, I mean, as in as in you know I told you before we started I

read the first two chapters and was like discouraged a little bit I was kind of

like what the heck me you know me too yeah me too I read I read that first chapter and and I was thinking man this is
