Okay. I just want to make sure we get that straight.

Yeah, and you know, I feel like I need to say something about the lollipop before we start.

You know, I have a tendency to have a little bit of a tickle on my throat, so we have a lollipop

because I can pull it in and out, which you can't do with lozinger. So people that are just listening

or like, why are you telling me this? Sorry about that. But we love having these conversations.

We feel like you are part of our podcast family. And today we are officially in the last month of 2020.

It's hard to believe in it. Yes. And so we're going to have conversations about finishing strong.

And we're not just talking about finishing strong 2021. We're talking about finishing strong in every

realm of life before we dive in. I want to remind you that it really helps us when you subscribe,
