I'm Pete, joined by Darius and Mike. And for the fifth weekend in a row, we're entering the biggest weekend of the Lakers season, but also the last one. What a crazy regular season.

At some point during the off season, we'll have our therapy sessions to process the wild ride that it's been.

But I want to start with some of the comments that LeBron has made postgame recently with respect to this idea of a lot of the questions are, you know, where are the Lakers

in the standings?

This is the big drama in the NBA right now.

The Western Conference standings are wild, got a bunch of teams very close to each other,

and that's pretty much been the story all season long, but it's really coming to a conclusion

over the course of this weekend.

And so naturally, a lot of the questions that they conclusion over the course of this weekend.

And so naturally, a lot of the questions that they get asked are kind of of this ilk about where you fall in the standings and what you're looking to do.

And LeBron has routinely brought it back to.

And this has to be where his and his team's mindset is deep.

As much as it's about standings and things like that,

it's about playing your best basketball going into the playoffs and resolving as many of the issues that you can with your team before you get there in the limited time that we have.

And so that's been music to my ears to hear him say that because people don't realize the degree that a team is this living organism, right?
