animation fans because we're now just days away from the adventure time finale.

And I know you're a big fan of the show, right now.

My daughter introduced me to the show, and there was an episode where they did the backstory of the Ice King.

That was the one that just sort of broke my heart, sucked me into the show,

and I've been on board ever since, but between the art direction direction the left-handed story quality I mean just

what John DiMaggio and Tom Kenny have done on the show I don't want to leave the candy kingdom. You've got to leave ooh sooner or later, Jim.

I know, I know, but on the other hand, just before we started recording today,

Drew clued me into, you have such an amazing tie to the show.

I cannot believe you haven't told the story before.

Yeah, so Penn Ward who created the show and who ran it for about four or five years was actually my best friend in middle school growing up and I remember he and I would draw on each other's homework and it was so amazing especially when the first short came up. We't know that there was going to be a show when that first short came up
