Did you get to see the trailer for Klais?

I did.

I loved it.

I thought it was really something. I agree. I mean face it you and I have been talking about

this project for a while now which is supposed to be Netflix's first original animated feature and I think anyone who's listening to the show

knows we've talked about Sergio Pablo's the he's the gentleman who's directed this one

he's the co-creator of the original Despicable Me and while he worked at Disney he helped

animate Hades, Tanto or for Tarzan and my favorite Dr. Doppler from Treasure Planet and based on the stuff that's featured in this trailer

he still has a gift when it comes to a tightly wound, kind of neurotic characters.

So all right, just to give folks a rundown of the story points here, well you see a lot of that, that kind of tightly wound in Jasper, who's the character

that Jason Schwartzman is voicing?

Yes.

Okay.

As I understand it, the setup here is, Jasper is a recent graduate of the Postal Academy,

and this story looks to be set, what, 1800s thereabouts yeah about right yeah okay and so anyway

Jasper is a recent graduate from the Postal Academy which is a relatively new idea

of mail delivery and since he graduated at the

bottom of his class he's assigned to this frozen island above the Arctic Circle

where he then has to persuade the residents of,
