Summary

I have often struggled to rest in the Lord, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. God often reminds me amid my struggles that I need to rest in Him but to rest is to trust and there are times my trust is almost non-existent. Today I am talking about some of the things that can hinder us from finding rest in the Lord physically and in the following episodes I'll be talking about finding rest in the Lord mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
