1:11.8	It's so nice to be with you today. Oh, we are so glad you're here. You know, I was just telling you
1:16.6	this before we got started, but in the holiday season, things can get a little crazy. And we were
1:22.2	specifically looking for someone to come on and just share with us how to quiet our hearts, our
1:27.6	minds, our souls in this busy season. And then we learned about your new book and we were so excited
1:34.2	to bring you on. And you know, I was just kind of learning a little bit about you. So you're a
1:38.3	wife, a mother, a speaker, an author, and in the midst of all of those titles, you're someone who
1:44.2	is seeking to live what you call the quiet life, just life at a simpler and slower pace. And I
