Listen, we changed our rundown a little bit,

We decided, and we can talk a little bit more about this when we do our wind down because there's just so much negativity and I feel like black people particularly are dealing with so much stress and pain and anxiety and so on and so forth when it comes to our mental health and wellness.

So we decided to start each show off with a little moment of joy in honor of your name.

I love that. No, I do love that. you're right because we need it because it is so I've been talking to I've spoken you about it I was talking to other folks about it. It is very a dark period you know in our history and it's very hard to deal with it

especially when we're in the business of talking about it all day I know my heart

goes out to you so let we don't talk about that in a minute let me, but let me give you your first moment of joy here on read this read that.

So this is about these. I'll be give you the quick and dirty of this

Botei boutique, and the boy is these two brothers in Atlanta, they have a bow tie business called this bow tie boutique

and the boys are six and nine years old.

It's the cutest thing and they have made over 30,000 bow ties since they started in 2017.

The nine the now nine year old went to his parents when he was five and was like, I like the fact that my daddy wears bow ties. I want to sell bow ties.
