0:00.0	In some recent reading, I came across some statistics.
0:03.1	Just 5% of Christians give 10% of their income to their local church.
0:07.7	Just 5%. So that's 120th.
0:11.1	Now, of course, a much higher percentage give something between 10 and 0.
0:15.1	Another study that I read said 21% of practicing Christians give 10% or more.
0:22.8	Now, where that 10% number come from is that even biblical.
0:26.0	As a Christian couple and we are striving to work out our salvation with fear and trembling.
0:32.0	How are we to find agreement around giving? Maybe if income is hard to come by?
0:36.5	We don't know what next month is going to hold. How do we find agreement?
0:39.2	How do we find peace around this? How do we obey Christ with our money?
0:43.2	So today we might ruffle some feathers depending on your history.
0:46.2	You passed your, uh, whether or not you've heard people talk about money in Christian circles.
0:51.0	We are here to talk about it. Rather, we are here to hear what God's word has to say.
