topic of when kids leave the faith so heartbreaking and yet such a common story. I've got two

good friends and fellow authors here joining me today to talk about this important topic.

Hey, girlfriend. Glad you are here. Thanks so much for joining me. I am recording from the Tiki Hut. It's been a long time since I did this. I used to record out here all of the time.

And so for anybody who's a newer listener and doesn't remember the good old days when I used to

record out here all the time, I'll explain there is a teaky hut in my front yard.

And it's been there ever since my 40th birthday when my husband Dan threw a party for me.

And as part of the party, he said, I am going to build a tiki hut to go like he wanted like a tropical themed party. And he said, I'm just going to, I'm going to build a tiki hut to go, like he wanted like a tropical themed party.

And he said, I'm just going to, I'm going to build it in the yard.

And my husband, Dan, he built our house.

And I often say that building is his love language because this is what he does.

He'll do projects for me and renovate things in the house.

And he recently remodeled our whole kitchen and I'm so grateful

for all of the skills that he has. So I knew it would be a substantial project, but what I didn't know
