My guest today is someone who came into my life towards the end of last year as a coach and incredible trainer who inspired me to refind my love for boxing. George Vaness is the founder of Jab, a boxing gym in London that offers both group and private boxing coaching with current and ex-professional boxers.

And boxing's one of them sports, like if you fall in love with it and you get hooked in it, you ain't coming out of it.

It's like one of them, you know, and when you do come out of it, it's like a breakup.

I'm like a fully paid up member of the fan club. I love it though you're so right. Yeah, you're so right. So that was our I sort of got into it, went down the boxing club, I was six years old, started training.

has gone through a stage of when they start, they get beat up for a little old, you know what I mean?

The first couple of weeks and then you sort of start to hold your own and then it's something
