To observe and appreciate the duality of light and shadow in nature. Spend 10-15 minutes outdoors, paying attention to the interplay of light and shadow. Notice how the position of the sun affects the shadows cast by trees, buildings, and other objects.

While this week, your challenge was a light and shadow quest, where you were encouraged to go outside and notice the light and shadow in nature, this duality.

Notice it in the forms of buildings, in the forms of perhaps trees or objects,

and how the impact of light and shadow creates a sense of duality. Well, in today's episode,

you're going to be guided as you experience the yen and yang of your emotional state.

And this is a powerful representation of the duality that exists in all things.

Yen represents darkness, femininity, and passivity, while Yang represents light, masculinity, and activity. However, these forces

are not separate, but rather they're interconnected, and they are constantly shifting

and transforming, creating the dynamic energy of life.

So if you consider Yin as representing a dark or even black color with a white dot in the middle,

and Yang or Yang as a white circle with a dark dot within it.
