1:17.3	Absolutely. So my background in real estate is, ironically, I've been to real estate for 25 years.
1:23.4	I'm 25 years old, but I say that in the most realistic and literal regard.
1:29.1	My mother and my grandparents have always been invested in real estate from a child.
1:34.4	So I grew up turning houses, painting, landscaping, doing listings, collecting rent, you know,
