Today with the late start really felt like an afternoon delight. It's been a lovely afternoon.

It's been great. It's fine. It's nice. The house was back. It was our house again. It's great. We had a great time with him. He made a, uh, a transformative beer can chicken. Was it? It was good. It was a good bird. It was a good bird. Do you leave the beer in the beer can? So he did it with, so it's actually, this wasn't actually beer can chicken. He told me all the things he does when he makes a beer can chicken, but he actually made a nectar chicken. So it had like an apricot, as he would say, apricot. The whole point was the beer can. But it's out of a nectar can. Okay. So same thing is happening. It's in the cavity of the bird. Sure. And so, yeah. Yeah, so we had that.

And so, yeah. Yeah. So we had that. So did you leave the juice in the nectar of the can of the apricot or whatever? I believe, yeah. Lots of it was in there. Yeah. Because you open it, put it in there, open it, cook it. Yeah, you almost like delit it. And he was like, I don't know how, I don't know.

chicken as well to make a little uh salad out of how did that kind of people were big fans of

the salad i really enjoy that salad how did you can't say they're not. How did the two chickens in the chicken off? How did it, who won? I think the, I think the, because the other one was in, you know, salad dressing, it was with greens, leafy greens, some arugula, some red onion, some avocado. Oh, it's a lovely harvest salad. Yeah. Really everything you'd want.

And a lemon, shallot and vinaigrette.

What a decad of salad. Yeah, sure, sure. It was quite good, but it didn't have to stand. That chicken didn't ever have to stand on its own. It wasn't like, I'm going to take a bite of this drumstick and a button stick. Yeah.
