I had no regard for that person's life or anybody else's life.

All I was concerned with was making as much money as I could.

For using other people's money, then actually you can grow quickly.

And it got to the stage where in 2007 it was turning over about 70 million pounds.

And so the plan was that in 2008 I was going to achieve my goal to be in the Times Rich List.

And obviously, what happened was the mortgage market collapsed.
