Well, a few weeks back, we were on a subject.

We're calling being filled with the Spirit.

And I believe I've got additional direction about it

that we are to become more basic.

I'm going to slow down and go to the basics of this.

And you know, we came out good a while back when the Lord said,

go back to Matthew 6.

You remember that?

I was a Sunday, and he said, no, you need to go back and go over that slowly. You know, it's easy to think you know some things and have got something, but

like Brother Hagan used to say, the more you learn, less you see you knew. And that's the

truth. So, you with me on this? We just pray.

So Ephesians is our text.

Ephesians chapter 5 and verse 18.

It says be not drunk with wine.

So how many would agree that getting drunk and being drunk is a bad idea?

Would you agree with that?

The Bible says so.

Don't be drunk with wine wherein is excess.

Actually, that word excess is a little bit misleading in the King James it

means you get out of control it's not just talking about you drank too much

it means you get into excess and wrong stuff well that's obvious too isn't it
