two parts. The first part today is a word from our dear friend and author Hannah Brincher.

Hannah just released an amazing book to the world called Fighting Forward.

It's incredible and she speaks so profoundly about those truths in today's podcast. If it encourages you

Here is our friend Hannah Brincher. So I can promise you that you have never encountered someone who is more obsessed with a new year than me. I have

never met a new year that I didn't love and it has nothing to do with the ball

dropping or the sparkly dresses or the kiss at midnight, I am simply a

transformation junkie. I am fully bought into the idea that at the stroke of midnight on December 31st I can become a completely

different person, right?

Yeah, so you will find me at my house making the resolutions, picking my word for the year, making a vision board.

I am writing letters to all my past selves that I'm saying goodbye to.

I buy the kale, I become a minimalist, I set out to run four miles though I have not run a single day in the year

before but on January 1st I'm ready I am going I buy in completely to the mindset of new year new you I'll just
