0:38.5	started in just China back in January of 2020 has now spread globally and is now affecting our industry, the
0:46.4	hospitality industry. There has been a lot of scaremongering, there's been a lot of social medianess, there's been a lot of negativity.
0:56.4	So what I wanted to do and I'm dedicating season 8 to this is I want to fight back, I want to help you fight back, and I want to fight back I want to help you fight back and I want to help
1:04.7	everybody in the world of hospitality be proactive. There's something that you're
1:08.8	going to hear me say a lot about over to come in weeks Weeks and months is proactive over reactive. What do I mean by this?
1:16.3	Well, I believe that hospitality owners, business owners in general have just been stuck in
1:21.2	their reactive mode, waiting for bookings to come in.
1:23.8	Waiting for that email or waiting for that phone to ping to say there's being a new booking.
1:27.6	I want everybody to start looking for bookings, start thinking creativity and also as well just doing things that they wouldn't normally do.
1:35.3	Those of you that will will get through those of you that just bury your head in the sand and it's a term you're going to hear a lot in episode one.
1:41.3	If you bury your head in the sand and your business
1:43.1	will disappear. There will be no business to come to when we get through the other end of this.
1:47.2	So what I'm going to do in season 8 is I'm going to look after everybody that wants to be
1:51.2	proactive. I'm going to be sharing tips and advice
