My favorite recipe is one that has been passed down for generations and it has three ingredients,

cereal, milk, and you.

I am, you know, at this point, I'm starting to think of these ahead of time because I know it's coming

and I think the best I could settle on for this week would be I'm sort of a cereal butcher

in the most humane sense sort of calling the meat of the stuff from the fat and my name's

Dango Bear.

Dan, it's such a pleasure to be here with you, always a relaxing sort of time.

In my week and every other week, I guess, Dan and I gathered together to talk about the

latest and greatest in the cereal world. We'll have some news for you. We will have some reviews,

which I love, and we got some feedback from you about cereal and more, so much more.

But the main thing about this show is that it is supposed to be relaxing. That means set aside

your worries, set aside your cares. We'll be with you for the next, usually around a half hour or so.

And we're just going to talk about cereal and that's it. So this is your time to sit back,

relax, and I just enjoy contemplating cereal.
