Summary
Adam and Jamey discuss what the NFL postseason really changed — and what it didn’t — for early 2026 fantasy football rankings. Are fantasy managers overreacting to Jalen Hurts’ (0:20) continued struggles, and where does he fall in the QB tiers right now? Plus, how much would an A.J. Brown trade shake up the Eagles’ offense? The guys also break down (1:40) Caleb Williams vs. Bo Nix vs. Drake Maye, where Kenneth Walker (4:21) belongs in early drafts. To wrap it up, they rank the (7:20) Bears' wide receivers (DJ Moore, Rome Odunze, Luther Burden) and identify which playoff stars’ value is being overhyped — and which players’ postseasons changed absolutely nothing.

| 0:00.0 | We are here on FFT Express answering big questions for 2026 right now with Jamie Eisenberg. |
| 0:11.1 | And I'm Adam Azer and let's dive into it. |
| 0:13.8 | So we got some questions for next year. |
| 0:16.5 | And we kind of related to what we saw in the NFL playoffs. |
| 0:21.5 | Jalen Hertz struggled. |
| 0:23.7 | He continued to struggle. |
| 0:25.4 | Where does he fall in your early fantasy quarterback rankings? |
| 0:29.0 | And how much would that change if A.J. Brown were traded? |
| 0:32.3 | It would obviously change a lot, especially if Dallas Goddard leaves as a free agent. |
| 0:35.2 | But I think you're looking at Jalen Hertz as probably something is going to be great value. I still think there's a lot to offer. He obviously has proven to be one of the better running quarterbacks during his tenure as a starter for the Eagles. And I don't think necessarily the coordinator change is a bad thing. I think losing Petulow and, you know, hopefully getting a new, you know, voice and new system will help. But yeah, if he was AJ Brown, that's going to be tough to swallow. So right now he's, |
| 0:58.1 | uh, and, you know, hopefully getting a new, you know, voice and new system will help. |
| 0:54.7 | But yeah, if he loses AJ Brown, that's going to be tough to swallow. |
| 0:57.2 | So right now he's, right now, QB9 for me. |
| 1:00.2 | That group of six through 10 continues to shuffle around. |
| 1:05.4 | But I like Justin Herbert better, for example, just with the addition of Mike McDaniel. |
| 1:28.9 | I'm trying to think some other guys I like better. Jayon Daniels coming back from injury, I think, is a little bit better gamble just based on what his upside is and what he showed in his rookie campaign. Like Jackson Dart better than Jalen Hertz right now, just with, again, what he showed in his rookie campaign and what, you know, hopefully will be a good system for him as well with a coordinator change and certainly coaching change. |
| 1:36.8 | So, again, I think Jalen Hertz is going to be still a top 10 quarterback and end up being great value for 2026. |
| 1:38.1 | All right. |
| 1:39.0 | Question number two. |
| 1:45.6 | Which young quarterback are you most excited for in fantasy out of this group Caleb Williams Bo Nix Drake May uh it's Drake may it's Drake may but Caleb Williams not far behind uh I do want to |
| 1:53.8 | see what the Patriots do to enhance this receiving core you know whether that's bring back |
| 1:58.6 | Stefan digs or completely overhaul it and move on from digs and, you know, bring in, you know, hopefully somebody that's, that's even better and hopefully, and maybe younger, you know, so A.J. Brown can be on the move there for all we know. But May showed with this group that he can be a pretty special fantasy quarterback. He still has the ability to make some plays with his legs. But Caleb Williams is not far behind. I think with what he can do in year two for Ben Johnson, I like that a lot. |
