Hey, everyone out Megan Kelly, welcome to the Megan Kelly show.

Just a quick note before we get started.

I cannot do this show without thanking all of you so, so much, thanking my friends, colleagues,

former colleagues, friends.

I have been overwhelmed with the amount of beautiful outpouring of support that I've

received with the outpouring of support and the wake of my sister's passing.

I don't know.

There was a saying that said something like, the tears of today water the seeds of tomorrow.

And it's much more eloquent than that, but that's kind of how I'm feeling that all the

pain you go through when you lose somebody brings in just your closest people.

Your friends and your family and your extended network that you haven't been in touch with.

And all these people come out to show you what life's about, what matters, and that you're

loved and you're supported and you wind up feeling such a silver lining in the midst

of such great pain.

I know all of you who have lost somebody know what I'm talking about.

I've seen it, I went to the YouTube and I looked at the comments and I was blown away.

And I was so grateful for all of you sharing your own stories of loss and how you got through

it and got to the other side and even losses in particular of siblings, which I know can

be diminished.

I mean, I know it's not that certainly the same as losing a God forbid a child and you have

a different relationship with your siblings than you do with your parents.
