0:27.0	We are celebrating Festivus.
0:28.6	Happy Festivus, everybody.
0:30.6	For those of you that don't know, here's a quick rundown of what Festivus actually is.
0:34.9	It's a secular holiday celebrated on December 23rd.
0:38.9	It's an alternative to the pressures and commercialism of the Christmas season.
0:43.3	So for those of you that are saying Christmas is for the toy companies, Christmas is a hallmark
0:48.5	holiday.
0:51.0	Well, first of all, no, it's not.
0:52.6	But there's many other holidays being celebrated
0:55.2	throughout the season as well. Hanukkah, Kwanza, the before mentioned Christmas. Festivus
1:03.3	is for the rest of us. And we will be celebrating that this week on Laugh with me. One of the
1:09.8	ways we're going to be celebrating is with the
1:11.4	airing of grievances. I've got plenty of problems with you people that I'm going to be addressing
1:15.3	here in just a little bit. And I'm going to be taking live calls from you so you can air your
1:21.2	grievances as well. It's going to be a good time. But some of the other things, the Festivist, that I know some of you are going to be
1:27.8	celebrating this 23rd. Of course, there's the aluminum pole. You're going to have your Festivist
1:32.4	pull up. It takes the place of your Christmas tree. It's going to be a symbol and the centerpiece
1:38.6	of all celebration you have on the 23rd. You've also got the very important feats of strength. The head of the
1:47.2	household must be pinned for Festivus to end. That is a battle that generally happens after the
1:54.3	Festifist dinner. A wonderful dinner to be had where everybody sits around the table and enjoys a
