I tend to skewer people with one line,

but I ranted at this guy, Nate Oats. I mean, I did.

I got on TV on Friday and I just went off,

saying that if I were Mike Chishefsky and I would do a variety of things,

including schedule, Nate Oats' high school,

or Romulus High School in Michigan and try to beat them by 200 points,

I just went nuts.

I wanted to open with, I wanted to thank Mike Breene,

who does such a great job on the ESPN basketball telecast working

with Mark Jackson and Jeff Fane Gundy,

although he almost didn't work with Jeff Fane Gundy starting this year

because the owner of the Houston Rockets wanted to hire Jeff Fane Gundy,

and neither Russell Westbrook nor James Hardin did,

so he didn't hire him and now they're both going to be one is gone

and the other one is going.

So I don't know how that's going to work out,

but Mike Breene apparently listens and I'm grateful for that.
