Hey, welcome to the program once again. I hope you've had a great week, and I'm thankful to get to be

with you again today. We are going to continue some thoughts from last week's episode about leaning in towards

impressive people, which I'll do a tiny little recap over in a minute. For you, it's been a week.

For me, it's actually only been one day. Sometimes we record these episodes in batches,

so for me, yesterday was Friday. I was just two days removed from Jim's funeral, and I shared

with you some things about it. But the overall idea of identifying impressive people of the same

gender, oftentimes older than me, that I need to be spending more time with, was something

that had been cultivating throughout the week. And just a day after recording

last week's episode this morning, Saturday morning, I had the occasion to be with a room filled

with mostly older gentlemen. And I've already begun to draw fresh fruit from a better

approach to them. And I would love to share that story with you today, building towards an incredible

devotional that a man gave from our church, Glenn Hyde, today that taught me something,

help me with my perspective, and I think will be beneficial for you. So here is kind of the flow of
