mine to be able to watch your content, you know, over the many years and seeing how the great

type of stuff that you put out there. And so being able to talk about these types of things with you

is something I've really been looking forward to. Good, man. I'm excited. So before we dive in all the fitness stuff,

who are you? My name is Dr. Allen Bacon. I am a kind of circuitous route to the fitness and

nutrition world. I started my profession as a dental surgeon and practiced for 10 years and then made the transition into fitness and nutrition.

And it's been one of those things that was a passion project for me and is extremely rewarding.

I mean, you know, part of what I say when I do these things is a little bit selfish because I get to help people.

I get to see how that affects their lives.

And, you know, that's a great feeling.

And so I got into it because I had my father go through a, you know, a horrible experience with esophageal cancer.

And he had been a doctor for many, many years, practiced for 35 years.

And towards the end of his life, one of the things that I had said to him was, you know, if you could do things over again, what would you do differently?

And what he said stuck with me.

He had mentioned that he wished that he had spent more time with family. He wished that he had spent more time doing things that he was really passionate about because, I mean, to be honest, he was a great father and was working all the time
