Hour number two, Felger and Mazz.

Been a little bit of Patriots, a little bit of Red Sox mostly this week. I did touch on the Celtics briefly. I got an email in my inbox this morning after that Yankee game last night that I want to read you. It's not really an email as much as it is a list that I want to get to in a minute. But for those of you who watch a game last night, and I know Murray, like most people, probably tuned out about halfway through beyond that or a little earlier in that because the Red Sox opened up such a big lead. It didn't necessarily matter. Really, it was when Porcelo got out of that jam on the bases loaded with Judge up. That's what I was like, well, you know, it's not. It was like the second inning. Yeah, right. That's what I've seen enough here. The Red Sox have won this game. So that was 7-2, and it was a judge-hippen to deep center field here. That ball goes into the seats at 7-6.

Completely different game. But Tanaka got left into that game. Boone let Tanaka take a beating last night. I mean, he left him into the fourth or fifth inning. and he'd had guys up in that fourth inning and decided to leave him in the game to get his brains beating.

Now, to me, it was pretty clear why Boone elected to do that.

This guy protects his players.

He's a modern-day manager.

But he did explain to the Yes Network.

And I think this is, oh, what's her name? Jones. Kim Jones. Kim Jones. Kim Jones with the Yes Network, and I think this is, oh, what's her name?

with Aaron Boone last night and asked him about Tanaka being left in the game.

The fourth inning obviously started to unravel fairly quickly.

You had Stephen Tarpley up early in that inning, but stuck with Tanock. Is that just a matter of trying to get more out of them,

knowing you're limited in the bullpen? Yeah, absolutely. I mean, we're just this time through,

obviously, haven't gotten, you know, length out of the starters and just being up against it like we are

down there.
